How long does it take to get pictures after picture day?
Typically, you will receive your order within two weeks after they are taken.
I ordered pictures, why didn't they arrive with the rest of the school's or team's?
If you ordered pictures and did not recieve them, typically it is because of an issue with your payment. You will be contacted if payment errors are made to clarify information. If we are unable to get a hold of you, your photographs won't be printed. Please contact us if you think there has been an error with payment or package delivery! If a check is returned, we will charge you the cost of our bank fees which is the amount of the check, plus $20.00 and will require another form of payment to be made. If payment is not made we reserve the right to terminate service.
What forms of payment do you take?
Check, Cash, or Credit Card are all accepted on Picture Day. There is an additional 4% processing fee for credit card and debit card payments.
Can I place an order after Picture Day?
Yes, we are always glad to print your child's photos for you. For up to two months following a photography session, your photos will be available online for you to view, order, pay and have the photos shipped directly to you. This can be found under the top bar tab Online Orders scroll down and find your session. From there you will enter your personal email address and the password information is provided. For ordering photos that are no longer on the website, please contact us and we can reload the photos online for you, a $5 service charge will be added to the final price of the photos.
What do I do if my child was absent Picture Day?
Make sure your child is there for retake day! You can check in with your school office to find out that date.
